Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of community traditimal Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution identification in elderly health management. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 500 elderly people who received physical examination from Zancheng High-tech Zone Hospital of Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into observation group (250 cases) and control group (250 cases) according to the parity method. The control group received traditional community nursing management, and the observation group received community TCM physical identification management. The physique score and quality of life score between the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of management, the scores of traditimal Chinese medicine constitution and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of biased quality were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Community TCM constitution identification can effectively improve the constitution and quality of life of the elderly, which is worth learning.
