优质护理在胆囊炎手术患者围手术期的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with cholecystitis surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with cholecystitis admitted to the Second Department of General Surgery of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group received routine care,and the patients in the study group received high-quality care.The excellent and good rate of cognition on cholecystitis surgery,Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score,total incidence of postoperative complications and total satisfaction rate of perioperative nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of cognition on cholecystitis surgery and total satisfaction rate of perioperative nursing service in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significances (P<0.05).After nursing,HAMA scores of the two groups was lower than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,HAMA score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cholecystitis surgery have better effect on receiving high-quality care,which is helpful to improve the level of surgical cognition,reduce anxiety as well as the total incidence of postoperative complications,and have a high satisfaction rate for examination services.
