稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血氧饱和度及生活质量与疲劳的相关性研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between fatigue and blood oxygen saturation,COPD assessment questionnaire (CAT) score in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients.Methods A total of 240 stable COPD patients treated in The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from February to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.Blood oxygen saturation and CAT and multidimensional fatigue inventory(MFI-20) scores of the patients were investigated. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between blood oxygen saturation and CAT score and fatigue.Results The total fatigue score of stable COPD patients was (65.65±12.23) points,and the scores of physical fatigue,mental fatigue,motivation decline and activity reduction were (35.84±7.07),(9.64±2.67),(10.38±1.97) and (9.80±2.45) points respectively.There was a negative correlation between blood oxygen saturation and MFI-20 score and dimensions score,and a positive correlation between total CAT score and MFI-20 score and dimensions score (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen saturation index and quality of life are significantly correlated with fatigue degree in stable COPD patients.Medical workers can alleviate fatigue of patients by improving hypoxia symptoms and quality of life.
