双歧三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合早期肠内营养对急性脑梗死患者营养状态及胃肠功能的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of Bifid Triple Viable Capsules combined with early enteral nutrition on nutritional status and gastrointestinal function for patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods74 patients with acute cerebral infarction treatedin our hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method,and there were 37 cases in each group.The control group was given early enteral nutrition,while the observation group was given Bifid Triple Viable Capsules combined with early enteral nutrition.Then,the nutritional status and gastrointestinal function of patients in two groups were observed.ResultsBefore intervention,there was no significant difference in prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(Alb),transferrin(TRF)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the nutritional indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the function of intestinal mucosa such as D-lactic acid,endotoxin,serum two amine oxidase(DAO),urinary lactulose/mannitol(L/M)value between the two group(P>0.05).After intervention,the intestinal mucosal function indicators of patients in two groups had been improved,but the each index in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,abdominal distension,vomiting and constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionBifid Triple Viable Capsules combined with early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of patients with acute cerebral infarction,but also can improve the gastrointestinal function,and it play a adjuvant therapy role,thus it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
