自拟活血药方预防不稳定型股骨颈骨折内固定术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of self-made Huoxue Decoction on prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) after internal fixation of unstable femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 86 patients with unstable femoral neck fractures undergoing internal fixation in Shangrao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled between February 2018 and May 2021.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.After surgery,control group was treated with low-molecular weight Heparin Calcium,while observation group was treated with self-made Huoxue Decoction on basis of control group.All were continuously intervened for 2 weeks.DVT formation,plasma activated partial thrombin time (APTT),prothrombin time (PT),thrombin time (TT),fibrinogen (FIB),D-dimer (D-D) and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative DVT in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,APTT,PT and TT in observation group were higher than those in control group,while FIB and D-D were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huoxue Decoction can improve plasma hypercoagulable state and prevent DVT in patients with unstable femoral neck fractures after internal fixation.
