冷露凉消散联合手法复位小夹板外固定在治疗Smith骨折早期中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the curative effect of Lenglu Liangxiao Power combined with manual reduction and external fixation with small splint in the treatment of Smith fracture in the early stage.Methods From January 2020 to July 2021,60 patients with flexion-type distal radius fractures who were admitted to the First Inpatient Department of Trauma,South Branch,Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Lenglu Liangxiao Power combined with manual reduction and small splint fixation,while the control group was only given manual reduction and small splint external fixation combined with ice application.All patients were observed 10 d after surgery,and the relationship between the swelling degree of affected limb,the excellent and good rate of visual analog scale (VAS) score and the anatomical structure of wrist joints between the two groups were compared.Results On day 3rd,5th,7th and 10th after treatment,the swelling degree of affected limb in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).On day 3rd,5th and 10th after treatment,VAS score of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).On the 1st,5th and 10th day after reduction,there was no statistically significant difference in wrist anatomical structure between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Lenglu Liangxiao Power has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,reducing swelling and relieving pain,promoting fracture healing,and is an effective treatment for early swelling and pain of fracture.
