替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗进展性脑卒中的效果及安全性

Abstract Objective To explore the effect and safety of Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke (PIS). Methods From January 2018 to May 2019, a total of 81 patients with PIS admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Shenyang City were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group (41 cases) according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with Butylphthalide, while patients in the treatment group were treated with Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide. The National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS) score, daily life ability rating scale (Barthel)score before and after treatment, total therapeutic efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The NIHSS scores of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, the BI score was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The application of Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of PIS has clear effect, high safety, and potential clinical application value.
