枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑治疗心血亏虚型持续性失眠患者的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with Estazolam in the treatment of persistent insomnia patients with heart and blood deficiency type. Methods The clinical data of 110 persistent insomnia patients with heart and blood deficiency type treated in Changsha Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected, according to different treatment schemes, they were divided into the Western medicine group (n=50) and the combined group (n=60). The western medicine group was treated with Estazolam, and the combined group was treated with Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with Estazolam. The changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index score (PSQI), traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale scores and the levels of serum serotonin (5-HT) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) were observed in the two groups, and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were counted. Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the Western medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the PSQI total score, the scores of sleep onset time, sleep time, sleep quality and sleep efficiency of the combination group were lower than those of the Western medicine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale and the scores of dizziness and tinnitus, five upsets and heat, dry eyes and pale complexion in the combination group were lower than those in the Western medicine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The serum 5-HT level in the combination group after treatment was higher than that in the Western medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with Estazolam can improve the clinical efficacy of persistent insomnia patients with heart-blood deficiency type, effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and sleep status, and increase the serum 5-HT content of patients, and no adverse reactions have been found so far.
