三莲金黄散联合红光治疗在蝮蛇咬伤中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy in the treatment of agkistrodon bites. Methods A total of 100 patients with agkistrodon bites who were admitted to Department of Surgery of Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The swelling degree and pain index of the affected limbs of the two groups at different times were evaluated by limb circumference difference and visual analogue scale (VAS), and the length of hospital stay of the two groups was counted. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the circumference of affected limb and VAS scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). At 1, 2, 3 and 6 days after treatment, the circumference of affected limb and VAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the circumference of affected limb and VAS scores in the two groups at 1, 2, 3 and 6 days after treatment were lower than those at the previous time point, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The circumference of affected limb and VAS scores of the observation group at 2, 3 and 6 days after treatment were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Sanlian Jinhuang Powder combined with red light therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect on agkistrodon bite, relieve swelling and pain of the affected limb, shorten hospital stay, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
