独活寄生汤对膝骨关节炎患者的疗效、炎症水平及中医证候积分的影响

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the curative effect,inflammatory level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from January 2016 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with Celecoxib Capsules, and patients in experimental group were treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction. The efficacy, interleukin-1 α (IL-1α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α), traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and knee function score were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1α, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1α, IL-6 and TNF-α in experimental group were lower than those in control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and knee function score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and knee function score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can achieve significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis, significantly reduce the level of inflammation, improve the clinical symptoms and knee function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
