背深静脉复合体免缝扎技术对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术后患者控尿功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of dorsal vein complex (DVC) free suture ligation technique on the urinary control function of patients after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 60 cases of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy received by Yangjiang People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group, The control group was given conventional suture technique, and the observation group was given the technique of free suture. The operation-related indexes, urinary control ability, improvement of sexual function and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The urinary catheter indwelling time, operation time, and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire-short form (ICIQ-SF) scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the extended prostate cancer index composite-urinary inventory (EPIC-UIN) scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the ICIQ-SF score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the EPIC-UIN score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the international index of erectile function-5 (IIEF-5) scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the international prostate symptom scores (IPSS) of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the IIEF-5 score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the IPSS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05 ). Conclusion The application of DVC free suture ligation technique to patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can minimize the damage to the body, which is beneficial to improve the patient′s postoperative urinary control ability, improve sexual function, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
