经皮肾囊肿穿刺去顶减压术与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术在单纯性肾囊肿中应用效果的比较

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous renal cyst unroofing decompression and retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing decompression in the treatment of simple renal cyst. Methods The clinical data of 49 patients with simple renal cyst treated in the Department of Urology of Yingde People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province from April 2017 to May 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. According to different operation methods, they were divided into percutaneous group (24 cases) and laparoscopic group (25 cases). The patients in the percutaneous group underwent percutaneous renal cyst puncture and decompression, The patients in the laparoscopic group underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decapitation and decompression, and were followed up for 6 months. The perioperative indexes, total incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the percutaneous group were shorter than those in the laparoscopic group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the laparoscopic group, the postoperative drainage volume was more than that in the laparoscopic group, and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS) was lower than that in the laparoscopic group, with statistical significances (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the percutaneous group was 4.17% and the recurrence rate was 0, there were no significant difference compared with 4.00% and 4.00% in the laparoscopic group (P>0.05). Conclusion Both percutaneous renal cyst decompression and retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decompression can treat simple renal cyst, but the former has simple operation, less postoperative pain, less complications and high safety, which is worthy of popularization.
