盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血栓弹力图的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Urecolin on hemorheology and thromboelastogram in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Zhangzhou Third Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (48 cases) and the observation group (48 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Urecolin single drug therapy, and the observation group was treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Urecolin therapy. The total effective rate,hemorheological indexes and thromboelastogram indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The four indexes of high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and low shear whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The coagulation reaction time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the formation time of blood cell agglutination block of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the formation rate of blood cell agglutination block of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the maximum blood clot intensity of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Ureklin has a good effect. After its implementation, the total effective rate is higher, and it can more effectively improve the hemorheology and thromboelastogram indexes of patients. It has more advantages and is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
