传统功法干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病及其共病研究进展

Abstract Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a chronic lung disease characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and limited airflow with high incidence and mortality rate. It often coexists with cardiovascular disease, lung cancer and other diseases, which is called COPD comorbidity. Comorbidity has an important impact on the progression of COPD,but clinicians still pay less attention to comorbidity.Traditional Chinese exercises include Taijiquan,Baduanjin,Wuqinxi, Yijinjing and Guixinggongfa. After continuous practice and improvement by clinicians, they have been widely used as exercise prescriptions in COPD and its common comorbidities. As a non drug therapy. As a non-drug therapy,traditional Chinese exercises meets the requirements of simplified drug therapy recommended by the guidelines, and has considerable practicability, effectiveness and economical. This paper aims to summarize the latest research on the intervention of traditional Chinese exercise in COPD and its common comorbidities in recent 3 years, provide new ideas for the rehabilitation treatment, explore some deficiencies in the current clinical trial and application of traditional Chinese exercise, and provide reference for the in-depth study of the mechanism of traditional Chinese exercises.
