日间手术模式对成人疝手术患者术后不适感及胃肠功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of day case surgery mode on postoperative discomfort and gastrointestinal function of adult patients with hernia operation.Methods A total of 60 adult patients with hernia operation in the First Hospital of Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(underwent inpatients surgical treatment)and the observation group(underwent day case surgical treatment) according to the odd-even method，with 30 cases in each group.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，hospitalization time，total incidence of complications，postoperative discomfort degree and gastrointestinal hormone levels at different time before and after the operation of two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss of two groups (P＞0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group，the postoperative discomfort degree was lower than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the gastrointestinal hormone levels before operation of two groups(P＞0.05).The gastrointestinal hormone levels of the observation group after operation were higher than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of day case surgery mode for postoperative discomfort of adult patients with hernia operation is better，and its bad influence on gastrointestinal function is smaller，so its application value in these patients is relatively higher.
