| Application effect of node flow navigation nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke |

Abstract Objective To observe the application effect of node flow navigation nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Retrospective analysis of 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to whether implemented node process navigation nursing,the patients were divided into control group (January to October 2018) and experimental group (November 2018 to August 2019),60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group were given emergency nursing according to the node flow guidance.The opening time of vein channel,rescue time,completion time of CT examination,time from admission to thrombolysis,thrombolysis rate,rescue success rate,neurological deficit score,cognitive function score and life activity ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The venous opening time,rescue time,CT completion time,and the time from hospital admission to thrombolysis in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The rates of thrombolysis and rescue in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention,the neurological deficit score (NFD) in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of mini mental state examination (MMSE) and activity of daily life (ADL) in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After the intervention,the NFD scores of the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before intervention,the MMSE and ALD scores were higher than those before intervention,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of node flow navigation nursing to provide first-aid intervention for acute ischemic stroke patients can significantly improve the first-aid timeliness of such emergency care subjects,obtain better rehabilitation outcomes,and be recognized by emergency care recipients.
