基于CiteSpace的血管性痴呆研究趋势

Abstract Objective To understand the research trends of neurosciences and clinical neurology of vascular dementia in the past 6 years.Methods The relevant literatures collected in Web of Science (WOS) from 2013 to 2018 were searched by using the method of sequential search method,with the help of CiteSpace 5.4.R3,the cooperative relationship among authors,countries and institutions and the co-occurrence of keywords were analyzed,and the co-citation of literatures was visualized.Results A total of 2923 articles of documents were obtained,with an average annual publication volume of nearly 487 articles,and the annual publication volume showed an upward trend,2016 and 2018 were hot research years.The United States ranks first in the world in terms of volume of publications,and the country with the highest central ranking were Austria.The University of Washington in the United States was the institution with the most papers,and the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom ranked highest in institutional centrality.The author with the highest number of posts was Na DL,and the author with the most influence was Esiri MM.Hot research keywords included Alzheimer′s disease,dementia,stroke,risk factors,small blood vessel disease,white matter high signal,cognitive impairment,and so on.Conclusion CiteSpace is used to analyze the literature related to neuroscience and clinical neuroscience of vascular dementia in recent 6 years,to show the current development trend,and which can provide reference for further research.
