三子养亲汤加减治疗痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of accumulation of phlegm and dampness in lung type of cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 60 patients with accumulation of phlegm and dampness in lung type of cough variant asthma who admitted in our hospital from March to June 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules,while the patients in the experimental group received Sanzi Yangqin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects,daytime and night cough scores and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The daytime and night cough scores and TCM symptom scores of the experiment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Sanzi Yangqin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
