温针灸配合补中益气汤加减治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction in treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women with postpartum urinary retention who ended the pregnancy in the maternity ward of our hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table control method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction and the control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment effect,indwelling rate of the catheter,the first micturition time,the residual urine volume of the bladder and postpartum quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the indwelling rate of the catheter was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The first micturition time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the residual urine volume of the bladder was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of postpartum emotional function,physical function,social function,role function and cognitive function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Needle warming moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction addition and subtraction is effective in treatment of postpartum urinary retention,and it can effectively improve urination and quality of life of pregnant women.
