祛风汤加减治疗维持性血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of modified Qufeng Decoction on serum calcium(Ca)and serum phosphorus(P)in patients with pruritus on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods A total of 106 patients with MHD skin pruritus who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into conventional group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group by coin toss method,with 53 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with Qufeng Decoction.Skin prurtication,Ca,P,iPTH blood indexes,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of patients in traditional Chinese medicine treatment treatment group was lower than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Ca level in traditional Chinese medicine treatment treatment group was higher than that in conventional group,while the P and iPTH levels were lower than those in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in traditional Chinese medicine treatment treatment group were lower than those in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Decoction treatment can inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors,maintain the balance of blood calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and improve the symptoms of skin itching in MHD patients.
