护理康复方案在机械通气患者获得性吞咽功能障碍中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nursing and rehabilitation program in mechanical ventilation patients with acquired dysphagia.Methods A total of 60 patients who received mechanical ventilation treatment from June to August 2021 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was mainly treated with conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was systematically managed by nursing rehabilitation program on the basis of the control group. The Watian′s drinking water test, swallowing disorders grade 7 evaluation results and surface electromyography evaluation results were compared between the two groups of patients before nursing, 3 and 7 days after nursing. Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the evaluation results of Watian′s drinking water test assessment results, swallowing dysfunction magnitude 7 assessment results and methods of electrical diagram evaluation results before nursing (P>0.05). The Watian′s drinking water test evaluation results, swallowing disorder in patients with magnitude 7 assessment results and methods of electric diagram assessment results in the observation group were better than those in the control group 3 and 7 days after nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The Watian′s drinking water test assessment results, swallowing dysfunction magnitude 7 assessment results in the control group 7 days after nursing were better than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The Watian′s drinking water test assessment results, swallowing dysfunction magnitude 7 assessment results in the observation group 3 and 7 days after were better than those before nursing, the differences were There was statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing rehabilitation program can effectively promote the recovery of symptoms of acquired dysphagia in mechanical ventilation patients.
