腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Eighty patients who underwent colorectal cancer surgery from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.In control group,traditional surgery was used,and in study group,laparoscopic surgery was adopted.The operation time,incision length,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications and total satisfaction rate after treatment with different surgical methods in the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,incision length,and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of colorectal cancer,laparoscopic surgery has an ideal therapeutic effect and should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
