Objective To explore the effect of oral Chinese medicine combined with Dazhui acupoint bloodletting cupping nursing in leukemia patients with cancer fever. Methods A total of 70 patients with leukemia and fever admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group (35 cases) and observation group (35 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional cooling method, and the observation group was treated with oral Chinese medicine combined with bloodletting and cupping at Dazhui point. The score of fever symptom,rehabilitation effect of fever and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The score of fever symptom in observation group after nursing was (2.49±0.39) points, lower than that in control group(3.19±0.61) points, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%, higher than that of the control group (82.86%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, higher than that of the control group 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The method of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can control the symptoms of cancer fever in leukemia patients, and the effect is relatively ideal.
