单孔胸腔镜肺大泡切除术治疗自发性气胸患者的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary bullectomy treating patients with spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods Sixty patients with spontaneous pneumothorax who received treatment in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the objects of study.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional thoracoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with single-hole thoracoscopic bullae resection.The visual analogue scale (VAS),comprehensive quality of life questionnaire-74 (QOL-74),postoperative hospital stay omplications,recurrence of pneumothorax,the related indexes such as the number of analgesics used after operation were compared.Results The VAS score,pneumothorax recurrence rate,the number of analgesics used after surgery,and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the GQOL-74 score was higher than that of the control group; the hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax by single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary bullectomy can relieve postoperative incision pain and improve the quality of life in patients with unilateral spontaneous pneumothorax.It is worthy of clinical reference.
