Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of medicine and food Tiaohe Dabu Decoction on subhealth.Methods A total of 102 subhealth people admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the constitution intervention program, and the observation group was treated with Tiaohe Dabu Decoction on the basis of the control group. Blood lipid, renal function, liver function and effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in blood lipid, renal function and liver function between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was higher than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while HDL-C was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,urea, uric acid (UA) and creatinine (Cr) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, Urea, UA and Cr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, ALT and AST in observation group were lower than those in control group, ALP was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group(96.08%) was higher than that of control group (78.43%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of subhealthy people with medicine and food Tiaohe Dabu Decoction can significantly improve renal function and liver function, improve blood lipid level, and the clinical application effect is significant.
