个性化的认知行为护理干预对脑梗死康复期患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the impact of personalized cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction in the rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction during the rehabilitation period who were admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine,Jurong City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province from August 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 38 patients in each group.The control group took routine care,and the study group added personalized cognitive behavioral care on the basis of the control group.The neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups before and one month of nursing were compared,the compliance of the two groups of patients during one month of nursing was compared.Results The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups after nursing care for 1 month was lower than those before nursing,and the NIHSS score of the study group for 1 month of nursing care was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Barthel index(BI)of the two groups of nursing care for one month was higher than that before nursing,and the BI index of the study group for one month of nursing care was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance of the study group during one month of nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized cognitive behavioral nursing interventions for patients with cerebral infarction during the rehabilitation period can improve the patients′neurological function and ability of daily living,and improve patient compliance.
