术后早期进饮进食在中期妊娠孕妇宫颈环扎术患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of early postoperative intake of food and drink in the second trimester of pregnant women with cervical cervical ligation.Methods A total of 60 cases of pregnant women in their second trimester who underwent transvaginal cervical ligation under spinal anesthesia in Women′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were strictly abstained from food and drink for 6 h after surgery according to ward nursing routine,while those in the experimental group were allowed to drink and eat as appropriate without nausea,vomiting and other gastrointestinal discomfort and subjective eating intention.The recovery of intestinal peristalsis,postoperative complications,length of hospital stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time and defecation time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The application rate of laxative in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,vaginal bleeding and abortion between the two groups(P＞0.05).The number of days of hospitalization in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Under the evaluation and guidance of professional nursing staff,the early drinking and eating of patients after vaginal cervical cerclage under intraspinal anesthesia is safe and feasible,and it can help patients recover and improve satisfaction after surgery.
