舒适护理在重症胰腺炎病人胃肠减压期间的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing during gastrointestinal decompression in patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe pancreatitis hospitalized in the Second Department of General Surgery of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was assisted with gastrointestinal decompression nursing,and the observation group was assisted with gastrointestinal decompression nursing combined with comfort nursing.The profile of mood states(POMS)score,self perceived comfort score,incidence of adverse reactions in nursing and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of tension and anxiety,energy and vitality,fatigue and dullness,panic and confusion,depression and discouragement between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of tension and anxiety,energy and vitality,fatigue and dullness,panic and confusion,depression and discouragement in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of self perceived comfort between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the score of self perceived comfort in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the score of self perceived comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing job satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can alleviate patients′ personal emotions,improve their physical and mental comfort,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patients′nursing satisfaction.The overall nursing effect is ideal.
