儿童血液肿瘤专科护士的职业压力调适能力及影响因素研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the occupational stress adjustment ability of nurses specializing in children′s hematology and tumors,and to explore its influence factors.Methods A total of 40 pediatric hematological oncology nurses in Fujian Children′s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected by random number table method as the research objects.The stress quotient(AQ)scale and the Chinese Nurses Work Stress Source Scale were used to evaluate the occupational stress level and adjustment ability of nurses,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The average score of pressure level scale was(95.53±8.95)and the average score of pressure adjustment ability was(16.51±1.85).Among them,15 cases(37.50%)had difficulty in coping,20 cases(50.0%)had moderate coping,and 5 cases(12.50%)had free coping.Univariate results showed that there was no statistical significance in the adjustment ability of occupational stress among nurses of pediatric hematology oncology department with different gender,age and employment mode(P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in occupational stress adjustment ability among children hematology oncology nurses with different educational background,nursing age and professional title(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that low educational background(β=1.973, OR=7.982,95%CI=6.313-8.493),low nursing age(β=1.495, OR=6.791,95%CI=6.312-7.326),low professional title(β=1.213, OR=5.457,95%CI=4.698-7.132)was independent risk factors for occupational stress adjustment ability of pediatric hematology oncology nurses(P＜0.05).Conclusion The general pressure of nurses specializing in hematology and tumors in children comes from social factors,occupational factors,specialist technical pressures,specialties of children,etc.Generally,the higher the nursing age and the higher the educational background of nurses,the better the ability to adjust to occupational stress.
