血清胱抑素C与β2-微球蛋白对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值

Abstract Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C(CysC)and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)for early renal injury in diabetes.Methods A total of 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as renal injury group，in the same period,30 patients with simple diabetes mellitus(DM)were selected as DM group and 30 healthy persons were selected as control group.Serum CysC and β2-mg level in the three groups were detected,the diagnostic value of single level detection and combined detection of β2-MG level in early diabetic kidney injury was analyzed.Results The levels of serum CysC and β2-mg in renal injury group were higher than those in DM group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Serum CysC was positive in 48 cases and negative in 52 cases,β2-mg was positive in 45 cases and negative in 53 cases.CysC and β2-mg combined test were positive in 56 cases and negative in 57 cases.The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined detection of serum CysC and β2-MG were higher than that of β2-mg alone and seram CysC alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of β2-MG combined detection for early diabetic nephropathy were higher than those of β2-mg detected alone and seram CysC were detected alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum CysC and β2-MG are highly expressed in early diabetic kidney injury.The combined test has high sensitivity and specificity for early diagnosis of DN,and attention should be paid.
