百癣夏塔热片联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏在玫瑰糠疹患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Baixuan Xiata Hot Tablets (BXHT) combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Cream (TAEC) in patients with rose furrrash. Methods A total of 60 patients treated in the Seventh People′s Hospital of Shenyang city from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the observation group (30 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with BXHT. On this basis, the observation group was added TAEC. The improvement of skin lesions, cosmetic effect score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scorching, rash area and erythema symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scorching, rash area and erythema symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the cosmetic effect scores of the two groups were higher than those of the two weeks of treatment and before treatment, and the cosmetic effect scores of the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 72.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Combined application of BXHE and TAEC in the treatment of patients with rose furrash can effectively improve their skin loss symptoms and cosmetic effect, improve clinical treatment efficiency, and deserve clinical promotion and application.
