封闭式负压引流在食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者伤口引流中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To study the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in wound drainage of patients with anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer surgery, and to provide reference basis for clinical therapy. Methods From January 2018 to December 2020, 60 patients with postoperative anastomotic fistula of esophageal cancer hospitalized in Zhongshan People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the study group (n=30) and the control group (n=30) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional anastomotic fistula drainage and wound oxygen therapy, and the study group was treated with VSD for fistula drainage on the basis of the control group. The leakage volume of fistula, fistula healing time, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The leakage volume of fistula of the study group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fistula healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the hospitalization expenses of the study group was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion VSD is an effective method for postoperative anastomotic fistula wound drainage of esophageal cancer. It can reduce the amount of leakage, promote wound healing, shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization expenses, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
