功能性消化不良患者健康相关生命质量现状调查及其影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the status of health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 168 FD patients admitted to Beijing NO.6 Hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected for a cross-sectional study. HRQoL of FD patients was analyzed using a brief health survey form (SF-36), and clinical, psychosocial, and demographic factors were investigated. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the factors associated with decreased HRQoL in FD patients. Results In FD patients, HRQoL was impaired in all aspects except energy (VT). The total physical health assessment (PCS) score was(43.3±8.4) and the total mental health assessment (MCS) score was (46.8±10.0). Age increase, female, primary and secondary education, and severity of symptoms were the influencing factors of PCS damage (P＜0.05). Female sex, severity of symptoms, anxiety and depression were influencing factors of impaired MCS (P＜0.05). Conclusion The reduction of HRQoL in FD patients is affected by age, gender, severity of symptoms and other factors, which should be actively intervened to ensure the quality of life of FD patients.
