人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症护理中的应用及对患者自我认知、治疗依从性的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia and its influence on self-cognition and treatment compliance.Methods A total of 86 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group (n=42) and study group (n=44) by random coin toss method.Patients in the study group were provided with humanistic care,and patients in the control group were provided with routine care.The treatment compliance,changes in insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ) score and nurses′ observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in ITAQ score and NOSIE score before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).The ITAQ score and NOSIE score of the study group were higher than those of the control group after 3 months of nursing,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenia is ideal,which can improve patients′ self-cognitive ability and treatment compliance,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients′ family members.It is suitable for clinical application.
