| Influence of two-way quality feedback mode on the mental state of cesarean puerpera in preeclampsia and their postpartum recovery |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of two-way quality feedback mode in preeclampsia cesarean section women.Methods A total of 98 cases of preeclampsia cesarean section puerpera admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xiaolan People′s Hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with a two-way quality feedback model,and the observation was continued until the puerpera were discharged from the hospital.The psychological status,postoperative recovery,postoperative pain and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status between the two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05).After the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The post-recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative pain degree was lighter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The two-way quality feedback model can reduce the negative emotions and postoperative pain of preeclampsia puerpera during cesarean section,effectively promote the postoperative recovery of the puerpera,reduce the risk of complications,and shorten the postoperative hospital stay.
