Value of spatio-temporal image correlation combined with multiplanar mode and tomography ultrasound imaging mode in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions in axillary lymph nodes |

Abstract Objective To explore the value of spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) combined with multiplanar (MP)mode and tomography ultrasound imaging (TUI) mode in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions in axillary lymph nodes.Methods A total of 96 patients with axillary lymph nodes lesions admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and September 2021.Among them,59 lesions on the left side and 53 lesions on the right side were detected,a total of 112.All patients underwent pathological biopsy,STIC technique combined with MP and TUI mode.Pathological results were taken as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and consistency with the gold standard of STIC combined with MP and TUI patterns in diagnosing benign and malignant axillary lymphadenopathy were analyzed.ROC curve was used to analyze the differential diagnosis value of STIC combined with MP and TUI mode for benign and malignant axillary lymph node lesions.Results The pathological results showed that there were 69 sites with benign axillary lymphadenopathy and 43 sites with malignant axillary lymphadenopathy.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy, Kappa value and Youden index of STIC combined with MP mode and TUI mode in the diagnosis of benign and malignant axillary lymph node lesions were 93.02%,89.86%,91.07%,0.815 and 0.829,respectively.ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of STIC-MP combined with STIC-TUI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant axillary lymph node lesions was 0.914.Conclusion The consistency between STIC combined with MP mode and TUI mode and the golden standard is high in the diagnosis of benign and malignant axillary lymph nodes,which can be applied to identify the pathological properties of axillary lymph nodes.
