小金丸联合夏枯草胶囊治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴结节的效果及对炎症因子的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaojin Pills combined with Xiakucao Capsules in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis with nodules and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 60 patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis with nodules who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group (n=30) and the study group (n=30) according to random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with Levothyroxine Sodium tablets,and the patients in the study group were treated with Xiaojin Pills and Xiakucao Capsules on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment lasted 12 weeks,for two consecutive courses.The thyroid volume and thyroid nodule size,thyroid function indexes,inflammatory factor levels before treatment and at 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The thyroid volume and the diameter of thyroid nodules in the study group after 12 and 24 weeks of treatment were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of serum antithyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb),anti-thyroglobulin antibody (TG-Ab),thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH),γ-interferon (IFN-γ) and interleukin-2(IL-2) in the study group after 12 and 24 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances (P＜0.05).The level of serum interleukin-10(IL-10) of patients in the study group after 12 and 24 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).During the treatment period,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group accounting for 23.33%,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the thyroid volume,thyroid nodule diameter,and serum levels of TPO-Ab,TG-Ab,TSH,IFN-γ,IL-2,and IL-10 before treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin Pills combined with Xiakucao Capsules can reduce the thyroid volume and nodule size in patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis with nodules,improve the level of thyroid antibodies,enhance thyroid function,inhibit inflammation,and have few adverse reactions.
