重组人脑利钠肽联合米力农治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide combined with Milrinone in the treatment of senile congestive heart failure.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with congestive heart failure admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the observation group (45 cases).The control group was treated with Milrinone,and the observation group was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide combined with Milrinone.Treatment effect,cardiac function and Minnesota quality of life scale (MLHFQ) scores were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),stroke volume (SV) and cardiac output (CO) in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in left ventricular hypertrophy indexes between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,the thickness of ventricular septum (IVST),left ventricular posterior wall (LVPWT) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDD) in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MLHFQ score between two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the MLHFQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of senile congestive heart failure,the combination of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Milrinone can improve the cardiac function,left ventricular hypertrophy index and MLHFQ score more obviously,and the curative effect is better.
