| Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education for elderly patients with hypertension in community |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education for elderly patients with hypertension in community.Methods130 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in one community from April 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was taken by the routine methods of health education of hypertension,while the observation group was given health education according to the clinical nursing pathway.The disease knowledge passing rate,daily behavior compliance rate,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsThe disease knowledge passing rate(97.00%),daily behavior compliance rate(91.00%),medication compliance(91.00%)and nursing satisfaction(100.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(75.00%,68.00%,77.00%,88.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThrough community using clinical nursing pathway to carry out health education for elderly hypertensive patients,can promote the understanding and medication compliance of patients with the disease knowledge,help patients improve bad habits,improve nursing satisfaction,on patients with hypertension disease control is very practical.
