The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with extended nursing based on WeChat platform. The Carroll upper limb function score, hand sensory function grade, incidence of complications and exercise compliance rate were compared between the two groups after 6 months of intotal tervention. Results The Carroll upper limb function score, hand sensory function grade and exercise compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05), and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).
