产前护理干预在凶险型前置胎盘患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of prenatal care on patients with pernicious placenta previa.Methods One hundred patients with pernicious placenta previa from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method,they were equally divided into the control group and the study group,50 cases in each group.In the control group,the general nursing was used,while in the study group,the prenatal care as an intervention was adopted.The delivery indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed,including postpartum hemorrhage,time of termination of pregnancy,neonatal weight,neonatal Apgar score,and postpartum hospital stay.The mental state scores of the two groups were compared before and after nursing,including the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS).The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.The total satisfaction of clinical nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage of the study group was (776.20±574.00)ml,lower than that of the control group of(1282.30±1145.85)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The termination of pregnancy time of the study group was(35.90±1.95)weeks,shorter than that of the control group of(39.60±3.05)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The neonatal weight of the study group was(2.85±0.45)kg,higher than that of the control group of(2.10±0.70)kg,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The neonatal Apgar score was(9.30±0.70)points in the study group,higher than that in the control group of(8.75±1.40)points,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postpartum hospital stay was(4.70±1.65)d in the study group,shorter than that in the control group of(6.05±3.50)d,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the SASand SDSscores before nursing (P＞0.05).The SASand SDSscores after nursing were (41.85±1.35)points and(40.75±1.20)points in the study group,lower than those in the control group of(49.35±1.70)and(49.95±1.85)points,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications of the study group was 4.00%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 22.00%,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 86.00%,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of prenatal care as an intervention in pernicious placenta previa patients is definitive.
