积极心理学在老年期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of positive psychology in nursing care of senile schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 92 elderly schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into control group (n=46) and research group (n=46) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing methods and patients in the research group were given positive psychological nursing methods. The brief psychiatric scale (BPRS), screening social disability scale (SDSS), social adaptation assessment scale (SAFE) and quality of life measuring scale (COOP-WONCA)scores of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in BPRS, SDSS,SAFE, COOP-WONCA scores between the two groups (P＞0.05). After nursing, the scores of anxiety, depression, lack of vitality, thinking disorder, activation, hostility and suspicion in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). The SDSS, SAFE, COOP-WONCA scores after nursing of the two group were lower than those before nursing, the SDSS, SAFF, COOP-WONCA scores in the study group was lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of positive psychology theory in the nursing of senile schizophrenic patients can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients, improve the diseases, thus enhancing the social function of the patients and improving the clinical symptoms of the patients. This theory is worth promoting.
