针对性护理干预在剖宫产围术期的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in the perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 was made. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Routine nursing mode was used in the control group, and targeted nursing mode was used in the observation group. Results After nursing, the scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%, lower than 20.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 86.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the perioperative period of cesarean section can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, prevent complications, improve satisfaction, effectively control risks, and has high clinical application value.
