手术室针对性护理对女性甲状腺手术患者应激反应的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of operation room specific nursing on stress response of female patients undergoing thyroid operation. Methods A total of 56 female patients undergoing thyroid surgery from May 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group (n=28) and observation group (n=28) according to the random number table method. The control group was given the traditional nursing method, and the observation group adopted targeted nursing method in the operating room. The pain, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The visual analogue scale (VAS) score of pain in the observation group on the 2nd postoperative day was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group (7.14%) was lower than that in the control group(28.57%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The HAMA score of the two groups after care was lower than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For female patients undergoing thyroid surgery, targeted nursing intervention in operating room can reduce their pain, reduce complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and have outstanding clinical application value.
