阿奇霉素联合金刚藤胶囊及保妇康栓治疗沙眼衣原体阴道宫颈炎的临床效果

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Jingangteng Capsules and Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of Chlamydia trachomatis vagina cervicitis. Methods A total of 272 patients with Chlamydia trachomatis vagina cervicitis treated in departmemt of dermatology and gynecology clinic of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from January 2013 to November 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the treatment group (157 cases) and the control group (115 cases) by randomized and double-blind method. The treatment group was given Azithromycin Tablets and Jingangteng Capsules for oral administration, and Baofukang Suppository was given to the vagina. The control group was given Azithromycin Tablets alone. The drug was administered continuously for 2 weeks and rechecked 1 week after the drug was stopped. The efficacy, changes in symptoms and signs, symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(86.6%) was higher than that in the control group (72.2%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The improvement of symptoms and signs, such as pathogen, increased secretion, and abnormal cleanliness in the treatment group were superior than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Azithromycin combined with Jingangteng Capsules and Baofukang Suppositoryon in the treatment of Chlamydia trachomatis vaginal cervicitis is better than that of Azithromycin alone and can be used as a clinical treatment for Chlamydia trachomatis vaginal cervicitis.
