大剂量氨溴索治疗重症肺炎的效果及安全性

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect and safety of large dose Ambroxol in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The recovery time of symptoms and signs,the level of inflammatory indicators,the total effectiveness of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the white blood cell count([5.72±0.61]×109/L),C-reactive protein([23.46±2.25]mg/L),procalcitonin ([0.16±0.02]ng/ml),interleukin-6 ([29.37±2.66]pg/ml)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group for white blood cell count([7.96±0.83]×109/L),C-reactive protein([35.81±3.40]mg/L),procalcitonin([0.34±0.03]ng/ml),interleukin-6([38.95±3.76]pg/ml),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group which was 96.00%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.00%)and the control group(10.00%)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Large dose Ambroxol has a significant therapeutic effect treating patients with severe pneumonia,which can significantly reduce the level of various inflammatory indicators,shorten the recovery time,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
