Simultaneous determination of three components in Shengmaiyin by HPLC |

Abstract Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination on the components of schizandrin A,deoxyschizandrin,schizandrin B in Shengmaiyin.Methods An Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used,methanol-water(72∶28)was used as the mobile phase,the column temperature was 30°C,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results The sample size of schisandrin A,deoxyschizandrin,and schisandrin B showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5975-9.5600μg (r=0.9999),0.0750-1.199μg (r=0.9998),and 0.1888-3.0210μg (r=0.9999),with good precision,stability,and repeatability,the average recovery rate of sample addition was 99.3%,98.9%,98.6%,and the RSD was 0.9%,1.5%,1.2%,respectively.The contents of schisandrin A,deoxyschizandrin,and schisandrin B in 5 batches of Shengmaiyin samples from Tiancheng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.were determined,and the results were stable.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,simple and stable,and can be used for the determination of schisandrin A,deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in Shengmaiyin.
