Objective To explore the effect of Rupixiao Tablets combined with Sanjie Rupi Ointment in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods A total of 70 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from April to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (35 cases) and observation group (35 cases) according to the random paper method. The control group was treated with Rupixiao Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Rupixiao Tablets combined with Sanjie Rupi Ointment. The visual analogue score, quality of life score, clinical efficacy, breast lumps elimination time and breast pain disappearance time were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in visual analogue score and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). The visual analogue scores in the control group and the observation group after treatment ([5.2±1.1]and [4.0±0.8]points) were lower than those before treatment ([6.7±1.5]and[6.4±1.7]points), quality of life scores ([78.4±9.2]points and [88.7±8.8]points) were higher than those before treatment([67.8±10.2]and [66.4±9.9]points), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The visual analogue score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group (97.1%) was higher than that in the control group (85.7%), the breast lumps elimination time in the observation group ([2.6±0.8]d) and the breast pain disappearance time ([2.0±0.9]d) were shorter than those in the control group ([4.2±1.4]d and [3.7±1.1]d), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rupixiao Tablets combined with Sanjie Rupi Ointment in the treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia has significantly reduced pain, improved quality of life and clinical effect, shortened the time for improvement of clinical symptoms, and is worthy of clinical application.
