Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of incentive assistance measures on the work efficiency,work quality,service quality and job satisfaction of nursing staff.MethodsThe nursing staff of this station were selected as the research object,35 nurses from January to December 2015,when the performance incentive mechanism was not implemented,and 36 nurses from January to December 2016,the performance incentive mechanism was implemented,the mechanism of the nursing human resource management was strengthened,and the nurses in the whole station have been given an overall arrangement and mutual assistance.The related indicators of nursing work before and after implementation were observed and compared.ResultsThe incidence of nursing defects,the number of blood donors waiting for blood donation,composition blood daily preparation,the time of overtime and the job satisfaction of the nurses before and after the implementation of incentive mechanism were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe sharing of blood collection and blood supply process share nursing human resources through implementation of performance incentive assistance mechanism can effectively solve the problem of nurses shortage in the process of blood collection and blood supply,balance the phenomenon of busyness or leisure,relieve nurses′work pressure and improve the working efficiency,working quality and service quality.
