Abstract Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of scanning glucose dynamic monitoring system (FGMS) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All patients received FGMS and dynamic glucose monitoring system (CGMS).The blood glucose reports of the patients in the same period were analyzed to diagnose whether the patients had dawn phenomenon. CGMS as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of FGMS was analyzed. Results CGMS showed dawn in 25 of the 60 patients. FCGS detected 21 cases positive and 39 cases negative, the detection rate was 35.00% (21/60).The Kappa value of FGMS was 0.860, indicating good consistency. FGMS was 93.00% (56/60) accuracy, 84.00% (21/25)sensitivity, 100.00% (35/35) specificity, 100.00% (21/21) positive predictive value and 89.74% (35/39) negative predictive value. Conclusion FGMS has good diagnostic value for dawn phenomenon, and the monitoring mode can be selected according to the actual situation of patients in clinic.
